My sister-in-law, Becky Rosencrans, is part of a Falcon Research Group (FRG)  that is now working in Chile in the devastated coastal area. They have set up a fund to help the rural fishermen in the area who lost their boats in the tsunami. They are on the ground there and know how best to get them the help they need.
